Almudena’s current professional activity is executive coaching and coaching supervision. Her inspiration resides in the vision of alignment of individuals, systems, groups, organizations, and the world at large, with the highest developmental perspective available, and bridging the gap between the current state of the art and what is possible.

She has taken part in a broad spectrum of professional activities from basic science research to landscape architecture, biotech innovation and entrepreneurship, international health research policy making and development and coordination of multidisciplinary and multicultural large scale projects, as well as adult development and train the trainers program design and delivery.
​
Coaching for her is the melting point of awareness, science, art, relationship, nature and development; and the simultaneity of theory and practice.
​
She is an accredited Professional Certified Coach by the International Coaching Federation.

And, then again, I am none of that, simply aware of being everything and nothing simultaneously.
